Update on the diptych cards
In the previous newsletter, we introduced a new product, namely the diptych cards. In addition to previous information, we would like to announce that it is not possible to place continuous elements or texts over the doors. Because of the fold line and finish, these elements will not match perfectly.
We kindly ask you to share this information with your customers and designers as well. If there are any questions, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
Button “Mark as Priority” in the CMS
There is a new button in the CMS, namely “mark as priority”. This button is specially built for mourning orders to make packages with urgency (i.e. time delivery) also visible to production.
This button should only be used for:
Mourning orders with urgency
Exceptional situations after consultation with Sparkles
We would like to urge everyone not to use this button in all other cases. Thank you in advance!
