Production and shipping around Easter 2025

A summary of the different days

Good Friday – April 18

• Production will be operating for a shorter period. Mail and parcels will be dispatched earlier.

• Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, please approve orders regularly so they can go straight into production.

• From 6:00 PM onwards, the automatic forwarding of all orders will be turned off, including those from shops offering paid proofing.

Easter Sunday – April 20

• No production and no shipping. It is a public holiday.

Easter Monday – April 21

• Production and shipping of parcels will take place for orders of 20 pieces or more. This day is treated like a Sunday.

• Orders with foil or contour cutting will not be produced. The indicated shipping day takes this into account.

• Proofs and small orders up to 20 pieces will not be shipped this day; their shipping will move to Tuesday or Wednesday.

• Automatic forwarding of all orders will be turned off at 11:00 AM (just like on Sundays).

When will what be shipped?

Proofs and small orders up to 20 pieces without foil/contour-cut/etc.

• Ordered on Friday, April 18 before 6:00 PM → will still be shipped.

• Ordered after Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM → will be shipped Tuesday, April 22.

Proofs and small orders up to 20 pieces with extra production day

• Ordered on Friday, April 18 before 6:00 PM → will be shipped Tuesday, April 22.

• Ordered after Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM → will be shipped Wednesday, April 23.

Parcels of 20 pieces or more without foil/contour-cut/etc.

• Ordered on Friday, April 18 before 6:00 PM → will still be shipped.

• Ordered after Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM → will be shipped Monday, April 21.

Parcels of 20 pieces or more with extra production day

• Ordered on Friday, April 18 before 6:00 PM → will be shipped Tuesday, April 22.

• Ordered after Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM → will be shipped Wednesday, April 23.

Short action plan

1. Friday, April 18 between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM: the sooner the order is approved, the higher the chance it will be shipped the same day.

2. Automatic forwarding will be turned off from Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM until Monday, April 21 at 3:00 PM.

3. Automatic forwarding of orders without paid order check will be disabled. Please ensure these orders are forwarded manually over the weekend.

We kindly ask everyone to manually approve orders over the weekend up to Monday, April 21 at 6:00 PM. This will help us stay on track during and after the weekend and contributes to a more efficient production process, reducing the risk of delays.
