Sparkles closed on June 19, 2025
Due to an internal meeting, all Sparkles departments and production will be closed on Thursday, June 19. What exactly does this entail?
There will be no production.
Thursday, June 19 is set as a holiday. Customers will not be able to choose this day as a shipping option.
Throughput times do remain as usual at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., just as on a normal Thursday. This way, orders can be put through in advance.
For shops with paid order check, orders that have jumped on hold because they need to be verified will remain. The rest will go through on the throughput times.
So in terms of control, nothing changes compared to a normal Thursday. The only difference is that orders will be shipped a day later than usual and the Support & Account team will not be available that day.
New: diptych cards
We are pleased to introduce a new type of card, namely the diptych card. Curious about this card? You can read all about it on this page!
Wooden wedding signs
We have turned off the wooden dimension for wedding signs. Unfortunately, converting a forex sign to a wooden sign does not go well in terms of design.
Do you still want to offer wooden signs? Then be sure to add individual designs to your collection with designs made specifically for wood!
New life event labels
Four new life event labels have been added to make our gifting products even more consistent with the new category structure. Handy for keeping everything organized!
The new labels are: 👶 Baby’s Memories 💍 Wedding Memories 🕊️ Remembrance & Tribute 🎁 Employee Appreciation Gifts
Do you sell memory boxes in your shop? Then we would like to ask you to change the label of these products to the appropriate new life event label.
