No adjustments around King’s Day

This week it is time again for King’s Day. As this holiday is never celebrated on a Sunday, this year it falls on Saturday 26 April. Good to know: nothing will change for us on Sunday 27 April. All production and shipping processes will take place as on a normal Sunday. So no adjustments!

New order status in the CMS

From now on, handy icons are available in the CMS to identify delays at a glance. The icons have the following meanings:

Clock – The order is delayed

🖐 Hand – The order has been manually put on hold

💻 Display – The order has been put on hold automatically

This makes it easy to see whats’s going on!

Updated attach images

The wedding sign has received an attach image. Based on the chosen card, the image is automatically generated and displayed in the rail in the customer’s own collection and in the ordering process on the attach page. The tile’s attach image has also been changed, so it is now more proportionate.

Renewed manual of the insert sleeve

In the newsletter of 24 January, we introduced the insert sleeve as a new product. The manual is now completely up-to-date! On this page, you will find everything about the specifications of both the insert sleeve and the insert card, how best to design and format them and how to finally put them live.

Phase-out of some envelope colours

We are phasing out a number of envelope colours. The following colours will disappear from the range: royal blue, Old Dutch, Petrol with gold inlay, White with gold print hearts/dots and Silver.

Currently, the formats and colours below are sold out or only available through Support:

How to proceed?

When an envelope is running low, we basically turn it off in the shops, but it remains available via Support. This way, customers who have ordered a sample can receive the desired colour envelope while stocks last.

At the end of May, all formats of the King Blue envelope will be set to inactive and this colour will no longer be available at all.
